8th Annual Snowboard Trip
If you could remove the part of our trip where Nate got hurt, the trip would look incredible. We are glad Nate is quickly healing and look forward to seeing him back on the board (next season.)
As for the rest of the trip, we had some good riding and a pretty interesting conversation on Friday night. We spoke about how much validity is added to who God is by seeing the Holy Spirit work in another person’s life. One example was when something tragic happens and how people respond to that. (Thanks for adding the tradegy Nate.)
I know for me it was a hard time. I wasn’t mad at God, but it took some mental wrestling to give Nate’s condition over to God. But while I was driving to the hospital and Nate was still in the helicopter, I began to realize God’s plan was the only one that I could completley trust. I slowly gave Nate over to God in my heart (even though God was always in control anyway.) And I can tell you I for sure felt God working on Nate as many prayers were going out to him and we could see Nate progressing more quickly than expected. This gave me more proff of God for sure, I hope the same is true for the others on the trip.
As for the pics, here you go. Nice riding all.
